• Identify and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and alternate sourcing channels
• Build language-specific / role-specific pipelines for bulk hiring
• Drive outbound outreach with clear, personalized messaging
• Maintain a ready-to-deploy candidate funnel
• Conduct initial screening calls (fit, intent, availability)
• Evaluate candidates for communication, role alignment, and joining probability
• Reduce drop-offs through structured follow-ups
• Maintain strong candidate engagement till closure
• Schedule interviews and ensure seamless coordination
• Work closely with hiring teams for feedback loops
• Maintain accurate records in ATS / trackers
• Ensure zero-delay follow-ups across stages
  

• 0-1 year experience in bulk hiring, recruitment consulting
• Voice process, non-voice process experience with domestic BPO

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Basic understanding of bulk hiring processes
• Organized and detail-oriented
