As a Talent & Market Intelligence Analyst, you won’t just “research.”
You’ll build insights that influence strategy, hiring, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct talent market research across industries, roles, and geographies
- Map competitor hiring trends, org structures, and people strategies
- Analyze compensation benchmarks, skill demand, and talent supply
- Track emerging workforce trends (AI, gig, remote, skills evolution)
- Build insight reports, dashboards, and client-ready summaries
- Support consulting teams with data-backed recommendations
- Identify patterns to help clients make better hiring & org decisions
Experience We Value
- Students / recent graduates in HR, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related fields
- Interest in research, consulting, talent strategy, or market intelligence
- Exposure to Excel, data analysis, or research tools is a plus
- Strong curiosity and structured thinking over prior experience
Skillsets & Abilities
- Strong analytical & research skills
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights
- Attention to detail with a pattern-recognition mindset
- Comfort working with data, reports, and ambiguity
- Good written communication & storytelling ability
- Curiosity to ask “why” behind trends, not just “what”
