What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end growth engine (pipeline → conversion → expansion)
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities & revenue streams
- Build and execute GTM strategies across channels
- Lead client conversations, pitches, and deal closures
- Partner with founders to shape growth strategy & market positioning
- Build strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships
- Experiment, test, and scale growth hacks and acquisition channels
- Track and optimize funnel metrics, conversions, and revenue impact
Experience We Value
- 5–12 years in business growth, sales, consulting, or startup roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue or scaling initiatives
- Experience working with founders / CXOs / decision-makers
- Exposure to B2B sales, GTM strategy, or consulting environments
- Builder mindset > traditional role experience
Skillsets & Abilities
- Strong business acumen with revenue focus
- Ability to convert conversations into opportunities
- High ownership with bias for action and outcomes
- Strategic thinking with execution intensity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Data-driven mindset with experimentation approach
