As an HR Consultant / People Advisor, you will work directly with founders, CXOs, and leadership teams to design people strategies that scale with business ambition. Every engagement you drive will represent Humppl’s consulting depth, empathy, and execution rigor.

• Partner with leadership teams on HR strategy & org design
• Build performance, talent, and succession frameworks
• Solve employee lifecycle & engagement challenges
• Drive HR process transformation
• Lead HR digitization initiatives
• Coach managers on people effectiveness
• Represent Humppl in client leadership forums

• 5–10 years in HRBP / HR Consulting roles
• Experience working with business leaders
• Exposure to org design, PMS, talent reviews
• Consulting or multi-industry exposure preferred

• Strategic thinking + execution balance
• Stakeholder influence & advisory capability
• Diagnostic & problem-solving mindset
• Data interpretation & insight building
• Executive communication skills
